Privacy Policy

This policy describes what personal data the Survivor mobile app (the "App") collects, why, and the rights you have over it.

1. Data controller

Controller: the developer of Survivor.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email address and name, obtained through our authentication provider (Auth0) when you create your account.
• Game data: competitions you join, team selections, points, lives and ranking positions.
• Technical data: device identifiers and diagnostic data needed to operate the service.
• Advertising identifiers: if the free version shows ads (Google AdMob), your device's advertising identifier may be processed subject to your consent (see section 5).

We do not collect location data, contacts, or special categories of data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

• Providing the service (performance of contract): managing your account, your competitions and the standings shared with other players in your league.
• Showing advertising (consent): in the free version, showing an ad when the App opens.
• Security and diagnostics (legitimate interest): preventing abuse and fixing errors.

4. Who we share data with

• Auth0 (Okta) — account authentication.
• Google AdMob — advertising in the free version, after requesting GDPR-compliant consent.
• Other players in your leagues — your name, your picks (once a round closes) and your ranking position are visible to members of the competitions you join; that visibility is the essence of the game.

We do not sell your personal data. Sports results come from sports data providers that receive no personal data about you.

5. Advertising and consent

Before showing any advertising, the App requests your consent through Google's consent message platform (UMP), in accordance with the GDPR. You may refuse personalized advertising; non-personalized ads will be shown instead.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed; game records from past competitions may be kept in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of other players' historical standings.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by writing to support@game-survivor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD — aepd.es).

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 14. If we detect an account belonging to a child under that age, it will be deleted.

9. Changes to this policy

Any relevant change will be published here. If the change is substantial, we will notify you inside the App.
