Delete your account
Applies to the Survivor app (Android and iOS)
You can request the deletion of your Survivor account and its associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How to request it
- By email: write to support@game-survivor.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address you registered with, so we can verify the account is yours.
We will process the request within a maximum of 30 days and confirm by email once completed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, bio and preferences).
- Your account with our authentication provider (Auth0).
- Your membership in all active competitions.
What is kept
- Game records from already-played competitions (picks, points and positions) are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to you — so the historical standings of the other players in your leagues aren't broken.
- Information we must keep due to legal obligations, for the legally required period.
Just want to leave one league?
You don't need to delete your account: inside the app, open the competition and choose "Leave competition". Your account and your other leagues are not affected.
