To help us help you faster, please include:
- The email of your Survivor account.
- What you were doing when the problem occurred.
- Screenshots, if you have them.
Common issues
- I can't join a private league — double-check the code with whoever invited you, and remember an administrator has to approve your request.
- I can't pick a team — picks are only available while the round is open, and they lock when your team's match kicks off.
- A result is wrong — results get corrected and the round is automatically re-validated; if it persists, write to us.
